Depart Nairobi and travel north through the central highlands and scenic countryside. Arrive in Samburu in time for lunch before an afternoon game drive along the Ewaso Nyiro River.
Spend the day exploring the reserve, home to unique wildlife species including Grevy’s zebra, reticulated giraffe, Beisa oryx, and Somali ostrich. Lions, elephants, and leopards are also often seen.
After breakfast, depart Samburu and drive south through Kenya’s highlands toward Lake Nakuru National Park. Arrive in time for lunch followed by an afternoon game drive.
